Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.
• We strongly recommend using a registered or trackable service, as Club Portobello cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Exchanges

• All UK exchanges are delivered free of charge.
• Exchange requests must meet the same return conditions — items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
  

To request an exchange, please email info@clubportobello.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to exchange
• The new size or item you'd like in return

We’ll confirm the availability of your requested item and provide full exchange instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.

• Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
